Nivon provides three options:

- Professional
- Casual
Friendly
Choose Friendly for a warm and approachable communication style.
Use it when customer conversations should feel welcoming and easy to follow.
Professional
Choose Professional for clear and business-focused communication.
Use it when the agent should match a formal support style or communicate with business customers.
Casual
Choose Casual for relaxed and conversational communication.
Use it when your brand normally uses informal language with customers.
Choosing a tone
Choose the tone that matches your existing customer communication.
Consider:
- Audience: How your customers expect to be addressed.
- Brand voice: How your website and support team normally communicate.
- Support context: Whether the agent handles formal business requests or casual customer conversations.
Tone and custom instructions
Use Tone of Voice to set the overall communication style.
